Your New Role:

Leading our Brewery Service Team you will manage a busy hospitality operation, inclusive of gaming, beverage, food and entertainment offerings, in Australia’s largest entertainment and sporting precinct.

You will have influence over the design and implementation of strategic plans and commercial outcomes, and be an integral member of the Accor Hotels SOP Leadership Team.

Your primary focus will be to ensure delivery of exceptional experiences for our guests (and team members), whilst ensuring legislative compliance and maximising revenue streams.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing a multi-faceted hospitality offering inclusive of gaming, TAB, beverage, food and entertainment services.
  • Demonstrated experience in rostering and people management.
  • Sound commercial acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to build mutually beneficial relationships.
  • RSA and RCG Certifications.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and key event days.
  • Experience in Aristocrat S7000, Micros and Time Target is preferable, but not essential.
  • A willingness to develop your career in a global brand.
