About the Role

Do you like variety in your working environment and enjoy getting out of the office? Or even working remotely? We are looking for an enthusiastic SENPOS System Installer to join our dynamic team. This role involves team and individual project-based work with preparation generally done in the office and installations completed on site at the client’s venue. Some travel will be required and varies dependent upon project size and location, but mostly within NSW. The key objective of the role is to deliver timely and accurate installation of the POS system ensuring that client and project expectations are met. In-house training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project manage the onboarding of new clients and upgrades for existing clients. This includes gathering of information/data, preparation of the server and the running up of system.
  • Install the POS system at the client’s venue ensuring it functions correctly and to the satisfaction of the client.
  • Ensure a seamless transition to SENPOS for the client providing training on front of house and back of house operations.
  • Remotely assist with some installations when required.
  • Liaise with third party suppliers regarding interfaces and system connections as required.
  • Assist on the SENPOS in-house Support Centre at other times.
  • Ensure effective communication with all team members and areas of SENPOS.

What we are looking for

We are seeking a self-driven, energetic, and tech-savvy individual with a background in hospitality to join our growing team.

The right candidate will have:

  • Diploma or Certificate IV in IT or similar - would be advantageous.
  • Experience in hospitality with SENPOS or other POS systems – is important.
  • Experience in a project management or IT support role – is a plus.
  • Skills in SQL / Windows Server & general data base knowledge - is a plus.
  • Can-do attitude with a keenness to problem solve -is a must!
  • Client-focused with great customer service skills - is essential.
  • Ability to travel & a current driver’s license - is essential.
