This exciting opportunity for an experienced and outgoing Bar Manager to run a small, but busy bar at The Coast Gof Club.
Providing support to the Operations Manager, duties include, but are not limited to:
- Leading by example in providing exemplary customer service.
- Executing the running of functions.
- Maintaining a clean and functional bar
- Maintaining the Cellar (including regular beer line cleaning)
- Rostering Staff
- Controlling and maintaining inventory and ordering
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have experience at a similar level, preferably in a Club environment
- Have a strong customer service focus
- Be able to lead, train, coach and motivate a small team
- Have experience with rostering staff
- Be experienced in stock ordering and control
- Have excellent communications skills and a professional manner
- Have a hands-on approach and be able to work unsupervised
- Be keen to develop your skills and experience
- Hold current RSA & RCG Certificates
- Have the flexibility to work across 7 days and nights
