We are a modern & contemporary venue with a progressive management team based on the NSW South Coast around 10 mins south of Batemans Bay. We have a membership of just over 9000 and a gaming installation of 107 machines with multiple bars and food outlets to service our customers.

A position is now available for a Full Time Duty Manager to join our team, and this is a very exciting time to start with us as we embark on a major renovation to enhance and modernize our facilities and food offering even further.

High quality customer service is at the centre of our business. We believe our people are our strength and the reason our customers choose us over other venues. With this in mind, we are after a person who can bring strong leadership with a customer service focus to our team.

Ideally you will:

  • Have excellent personal presentation and communication skills
  • Be focused on the customer experience and ensuring we meet and exceed our customer’s expectations
  • Display sound attention to detail with regards to cash handling and be well versed in day to day compliance issues involved with running operations on the floor of a club including, but not limited to, WHS, industrial relations and licensing legislative compliance
  • Be willing to work hands-on alongside the team you lead and model a strong work ethic which sets an example for others around you
  • Possess both RSA & RCG qualifications and will have previous experience in a similar role in a registered club or hotel environment
  • Be computer literate, particularly with Microsoft office suite and preferably with a working knowledge of Aristocrat and Senpos gaming and POS applications

  • Above award salary under our EBA, based around the Level A Club Managers Award.
  • A rotating 4 week roster including a 3 day weekend once per cycle and incorporating day and night shifts (Latest operating time is midnight - 2 nights per week).
